Here at Hearsall we have a large function room, which can seat 100 and hold up to 145 people. We can cater for any event, such as birthday parties*, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, and charity days.
We also have a boardroom & a competitions room, which can be hired out for corporate days, training days, or meetings as required.
Room hire is included in our membership. If you wish to use one of our spaces, we offer a Social Membership which allows use of our clubhouse facilities for £150 (this includes a £50 bar levy) for 12 months.

Speciality / Themed Members Events
The first friday of every month is our fabulous quiz , hosted by our general manager,full of fun , food and enteratinment all for £11.50 pp with cash prizes for the first 3 places.
Every thursday is our fabulous curry night including a pint for £10.95, check with staff and on social media for the curry dish.
During the winter months the first & third Sunday of the month at Hearsall is our very popular carvery. With something on offer to suit everyone, this is something we all look forward to, and something our Members and their families can really enjoy.
We also host a range of themed evenings throughout the year. These are very popular with all our members, and if you would like to attend one, early sign up is recommended.
