Sportsbar and Lounge Area
Here at Hearsall we have a large function room, which can seat 100 and hold up to 145 people. We can cater for any event, such as birthday parties*, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, and charity days.
We also have a boardroom & a competitions room, which can be hired out for corporate days, training days, or meetings as required.
Room hire is included in our membership. If you wish to use one of our spaces, we offer a Social Membership which allows use of our clubhouse facilities for £150 (this includes a £50 bar levy) for 12 months.

Monthly Events at Coventry Hearsall Golf Club
First Friday Quiz Night: Join us on the first Friday of every month for our fabulous quiz night, hosted by our general manager. Enjoy an evening full of fun, food, and entertainment for just £12.50 per person, with cash prizes for the top three places.
Thursday Curry Night: Every Thursday, indulge in our delicious curry night, including a pint, for only £11.95. Check with our staff or follow us on social media for the curry dish of the week.
Winter Carvery: During the winter months, our popular carvery is held on the first and third Sunday of each month. With a variety of options to suit everyone, it's an event our members and their families eagerly anticipate.
Themed Evenings: Throughout the year, we host a range of themed evenings that are very popular with our members. Early sign-up is recommended to secure your spot.
