Christmas Social Membership offer - Existing members friends and family

Struggling to know what to buy that person who has everything? 

Problem solved …

We are offering every member (social and playing) the opportunity to buy a gift card (minimum £20) that can be gifted to friends, family and loved ones for Christmas. 

The card will give the chosen person social membership until 30th April 2025. 

The £20 (or other amount should you wish to add more) can then be used to purchase food and/or drinks from the bar. 

The card can then be topped up in the usual way by the cardholder until their membership runs out on 30th April 2025. At that time a social membership can be purchased at the usual rate.

Please contact the office ian@hgc1894.co.uk or vicky@hgc1894.co.uk to receive a membership form and they can then issue you with a membership card and take the necessary top up amount. 

Required

- your name 

- the name, address, e-mail address of the person you are gifting the free membership to

- £20 minimum to top up the card 

At the beginning of April, the ‘new’ member will be contacted and reminded that their membership is due to expire. 

Any funds on their card will have to be spent before their membership expires on 30th April 2025. Any unused funds will be forfeited. 

Obviously, they will have the opportunity to renew their membership for another 12 months at the usual social membership rate. 

We are doing this to generate business in the club house during the quiet winter months. 

These ‘new’ members will be able to take advantage of any special offers and come along to any organised social events until 30th April 2025
